. All cracks, splotches, and other defects have been removed as well. In this example of photograph restoration, the image was resized to exactly 8x10 inches to fit a conventional frame.'))

 image. The palm leaves were extracted from the blue sky background and then darkened. The two images were further color adjusted, cropped, and combined...resulting in the photograph shown here. Both images were captured with a tripod-mounted digital SLR camera.'))

. The camera was a hand-held digital SLR shooting at 400 ISO (a film speed term). While Kit-Kat looks plenty peaceful, the photograph does not look plenty good. It needs work.'))
